Advanced Climbing - 7-10pm - Nov. 3, 2026

The Advanced Climbing is designed to build upon the skills developed in the Basic Climbing. Participants must have taken a Basic Climbing at least 30 days prior to registering for the Advanced Climbing session, as well as demonstrated intentional development of top rope climbing skill. All participants will be required to demonstrate the ability to climb 5.9 on top rope without falling in order to complete the skill. Skill session topics will review advanced climbing technique, physical training for climbing, and lead belay technique

This skill session will take place November 3rd from 7-10pm and begins at Southern Adventures.

Adventure Skills are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Wait-list Policies: In the event of a spot becoming available, the first individual on the wait-list will be notified. Upon notification, the individual has 24 hours to register, or they will forfeit their opportunity to the next individual on the list. Contact southernadventures@georgiasouthern.edu to be placed on a wait-list.

Participants need to bring their Eagle ID card to confirm identity.
