Intro to Paddleboarding Clinic - 5-7pm - April 14, 2026

This clinic is designed to teach all the basics of stand up paddle boarding from the comfort of beautiful Lake Ruby! Southern Adventures will supply you with a paddle board, life jacket, and paddle and will teach you the proper stance, good paddle strokes, how to take a fall, and how to self-rescue. This will prepare you to execute your own paddle boarding trips and inspire adventure. If you complete 3 clinics in a semester, you will receive a Southern Adventures sticker!

This clinic will take place April 14th from 5-7pm at Lake Ruby on campus. Please meet at Lake Ruby on the Pedestrian side. Here you will check in with our staff.

Clinics are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellation Policies: Please contact southernadventures@georgiasouthern.edu if you need to cancel a clinic.

Wait-list Policies: In the event of a clinic spot becoming available, the first individual on the wait-list will be notified. Upon notification, the individual has 24 hours to register for the clinic, or they will forfeit their opportunity to the next individual on the list. Contact southernadventures@georgiasouthern.edu to be placed on a wait-list.

Participants need to bring their Eagle ID card to the clinic to confirm identity.
