Small Group Training (SGT) - Statesboro

  • This Class will meet in the new Functional Fitness Space located on the Cardio Deck on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12:15pm.
    This twice a week program blends full body training with a focus on core stability. One day targets upper body and core, while the other day emphasizes lower body and core. Using functional movements and stability focused exercises, you'll build strength, improve balance, and develop a stronger, more resilient core from head to toe.

  • This class meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays at  5:15pm in the conditioning room. 
    Build muscle and boost your heart rate in this total body workout that blends strength training with quick bursts of cardio. Every major muscle group getts attention, leaving you feeling strong, energized and accomplished.

  • This strength based workout meets on Mondays and Wednesdays at 5pm in the conditioning room. This class is designed for you to build muscle, improve body composition, and lift with confidence. You'll move through stations in small groups, completing all sets, reps and rests before rotating. No rushed circuits; just focused, intentional strength work.

  • This class meets Fridays from 12:15-1:15pm in the Mind Body Studio.

    This class teaches you the difference between flexibility and mobility and why all age groups need both types of movements. You will also be shown ways to incorporate both into your workouts. This class is open to all fitness levels and meets once a week. Ideally, you would pair this class with other Small Group Training sessions, but it can also be taken as a standalone class.
