Are you ready to take your mindfullness Yoga practice to the next level? Then this class is for you! Yoga on a paddleboard challenges your core strength and mobility in a new way! The paddlebaord requires your presence and intentionality in a way your land practice does not. Class size is limited to 5 participants. This class will meet in the Aquatics center at the RAC.
