Ticket Sales Policy

All tickets are final sale. In case of inclement weather or events resulting in the cancelation of a performance, patrons will be given the option to watch the show on a later date.

Late Arrival Policy

Latecomers are not guaranteed seats, even with pre-purchased tickets. All tickets will be released at 5 minutes to curtain.

Latecomers will be seated in the balcony as appropriate so that there be a minimum of disruption to the other patrons of the performance.

Latecomers may move to the floor at intermission if seating is available.

Reservation Policy

Reservations will be held until 5 minutes to curtain. After which, all reservations will be released as Rush tickets. To ensure that your tickets are not released, we ask that you pick up your tickets at the box office at least 15 minutes before curtain.

Sold Out Performances

In the event of a Sold Out performance, we will offer Rush tickets for any unclaimed seats starting at 5 minutes to curtain. Due to fire code, we cannot oversell seats. There are no Standing Room Only seats available. Please refer to the Late Arrival Policy. Any unclaimed seats at curtain will be sold on the late arrival policy.
